Let me help you transition to sharing housing.

Looking for a housemate can be a bit scary and uncomfortable.

• What do you do first?
• What is appropriate?
• What is necessary?

The Housemate Advisor is prepared to help you through the process whether you are a homeowner/ apartment dweller with space to rent or a home seeker looking for a place to live.  We’ll talk on the telephone (or by Skype).

The initial consultation requires two sessions with work that you need to do in between.  As we work together, the focus will be on helping you define what you are looking for in a housemate.  At the conclusion of those sessions you will have a clear set of requirements with which to screen potential housemates.

Ongoing consultation supports you as you conduct your search.  I will be a sounding board as you contact and interview potential housemates. I will not make any decisions for you.
